Outdia leverages the best that the United States and India have to offer.

In the United States, customers work with our highly skilled technical staff to define their requirements. Once an agreement is reached, Outdia sends the majority of the work to India, unless it is determined to be more cost effective to perform the work in the U.S.

In India, Outdia performs or will contract the work out to one of our established Outdia partners or consultants.  Our current partners are listed below.

The technical group in the U.S. monitors the project while it is being worked on in India.  If a problem does arise, the U.S. and India staff work together to resolve any problems.  Status reports are sent to our customers and any questions are answered so they can follow the progress of their projects.

When a software project completes, Outdia's U.S. staff performs QA on the project to ensure the resulting product meets or exceeds the requirements and matches the user interface.

Using this approach, U.S. companies are able to communicate with locally established U.S. businesses, while taking advantage of the cost effectiveness of sending work overseas.
